The purpose of this position is to combine office and field work to analyze operational data in real time, identifying risks and opportunities that optimize the client's productivity and safety. Key responsibilities include generating strategic reports based on Hexagon systems, facilitating rapid resolution of technical issues, and training operational teams on the use of technologies such as Smart Center. Candidates must hold a degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related fields, with experience in mining operations and customer management. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python), knowledge of mining systems (collision avoidance, dispatch), and intermediate English proficiency are mandatory.
