Position Summary: We are seeking a Contract Administrator to lead and oversee the planning and coordination of services, promoting value creation and continuous improvement in mining projects. Contribute to safety, occupational health, and environmental protection. **R\&Q Engineering**, a consulting firm specialized in the comprehensive management of large-scale projects with 48 years of experience, is currently seeking a **Contract Administrator COD\-7010\-01** to participate in the tender process for the **Mining** area in **Atacama**, Antofagasta Region! Estimated duration of the tendered contract: **7** months. **What Are We Looking For?** **Mandatory Requirements:** Qualified professional: Civil Engineer with a specialization relevant to the service. **Required Experience** * Minimum 15 years of experience in similar services. * Must demonstrate participation in projects with investments exceeding USD 50 million. **Additional Requirements** * Advanced computer skills, Microsoft Office, and Primavera P6\. * Knowledge of ISO 9001\-2015, ISO 14001\-2015, ISO 45001\-2018, and/or OSHAS 18\.001: 2007 standards. * Familiarity with current labor laws. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** Lead and oversee planning and coordination activities for services, fostering commitment among all involved parties toward value creation, collaborative management, and continuous improvement. Essential functions include: * Fulfill and ensure compliance—before CMZ—with all commitments under the contracted service to achieve agreed-upon results. * Monitor and control service milestones and standards, focusing on CMZ’s business objectives and mutual satisfaction and alignment of interests. * Support optimal outcomes in safety, occupational health, environmental protection, and community relations—as applicable—per CMZ’s guidelines. * Provide visible on-site leadership to team members.
