




Position Summary: Responsible for preparing technical reports, maintenance/repair budgets, and communicating with internal/external customers, ensuring accurate information and special requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of technical reports and budgets. 2. Communication and feedback with internal and external customers. 3. Proactive and collaborative individual with a strong willingness to work in a team. THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE IS TO PREPARE TECHNICAL REPORTS AND BUDGETS FOR TOOL MAINTENANCE AND/OR REPAIR, INCLUDING CONTACTING AND PROVIDING FEEDBACK TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE CONTINUITY OF THE TOOL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR PROCESS. THIS INCLUDES BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERING ACCURATE INFORMATION AND HANDLING CUSTOMERS' SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS. ALL TASKS ARE CARRIED OUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SELF-CARE PRACTICES AND COMPLIANCE WITH WORKSHOP SAFETY REGULATIONS. REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE STUDIES RELATED TO ADMINISTRATION OR MAINTENANCE, OR 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN THE MENTIONED AREAS. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE PROFICIENCY IN OFFICE TOOLS, EXCEL PIVOT TABLES WITH GRAPHIC REPORTS, AND BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF DOCUMENTARY PROCESSES FOR QUOTATIONS, WORK ORDERS, SHIPPING DOCUMENTS, AND INVOICES.
