Lead asset change management and develop business cases. **We Are Hiring an Operational Projects Specialist!** At **ENGIE**, a global leader in power generation and committed to a carbon-neutral future, we are seeking an **Operational Projects Specialist** to join our **Maintenance and Technical Support team in Santiago**. **What Will Be Your Purpose?** Under the leadership of the Head of Operational Projects, support the design and execution of operational projects at commercially operating renewable power plants—including improvements, technological and regulatory upgrades, and punch-list items—ensuring compliance with ENGIE standards and applicable regulations. **Your Key Responsibilities** * Participate in all stages of operational projects: scheduling, design and engineering, coordination with cross-functional departments, tender support, supplier management, permit review, contract administration, and cost traceability. * Prepare technical specifications and tender documents for services. * Lead the asset change management process across the portfolio. * Develop business cases associated with operational projects. * Supervise contractors on engineering and implementation projects, both remotely and on-site, while also coordinating with ITO where applicable (including recurring site visits). **What We Expect From You** * Professional degree: Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in renewable or thermal power plants, covering construction, O\&M, technical inspection of works, and/or contract administration; plus at least 1 year of experience in engineering or similar roles. * More than 5 years of total professional experience. * Experience in technical project management: schedule control, budgeting, and procurement. * Knowledge of construction contract administration and technical quality and service standards: NFPA70E, NCH Elec. 4/2003, ANSI\-NETA\-MT, NCh Elec 2/84, Manual de Carretera, DS 594, DFL 458, IEEE 80, NFPA 2001, and DS N°43/2012\. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Location**: Santiago **Employment Type**: Full time **Why ENGIE?** * Indefinite-term employment contract from day one. * A culture of collaboration, inclusion, diversity, and continuous improvement. * Real opportunities for professional development and growth. * Actively contribute to Chile’s energy transition.
