**WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!** **Finance Manager \- International Company** If you are a professional with experience in finance, management control, and project evaluation, and you are ready to take on new challenges, we want to meet you! **What will you do in this role?** As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and controlling the financial management of group companies, ensuring the accuracy of financial information and the proper presentation of financial statements. Some of your main responsibilities will include: * Coordinate and control financial management across companies and the reporting of information to Directors and auditors. * Analyze and monitor compliance with commitments made to third parties, primarily accounts payable. * Coordinate investment of company surpluses according to Holding policies. * Ensure management control is consistent and meets requirements set by Management. * Lead and oversee SAP system operations, resolving potential functional errors. * Analyze and evaluate monthly financial performance through reports and KPI monitoring. * Monitor customer commitment fulfillment, primarily accounts receivable. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Education:** Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related field. * **Knowledge:** Management control, project evaluation, process improvement, banking institutions. * **Experience:** 2 to 3 years in leadership or roles within management control, finance, treasury, or project evaluation. * **Tools:** Intermediate knowledge of SAP (MM, FI, CO, SD, ABAP, PM) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, databases).
