This role will be accountable for designing, evaluating, and implementing process improvements that directly support the lithium production business, addressing challenges such as capacity expansion, cost reduction, quality enhancement, and environmental impact mitigation. Additionally, the incumbent must be capable of developing projects from conceptualization through execution, applying methodologies such as DMAIC and data analysis tools to ensure effective and scalable solutions. This position represents an opportunity to apply advanced expertise in process engineering, technical design, and data analysis within a dynamic, collaborative, and high-impact environment for the lithium industry.
