Job Description Xtelg Solutions is seeking a **Solutions Engineering Manager – Digital Platforms** to lead the design and development of technology solutions for digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating engineering teams, defining scalable solutions, and ensuring implementations meet technical and business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Lead solutions engineering and technical development teams. * Design architectures for digital platforms and solutions. * Translate customer and business requirements into technical solutions. * Coordinate with product, software engineering, cloud, security, and operations teams. * Oversee integrations, APIs, microservices, and data flows. * Evaluate technologies and define alternatives based on performance, cost, and scalability. * Participate in technical proposals, demos, and client meetings. * Manage technology vendors and partners as required. * Monitor deliverables, risks, dependencies, and key milestones. * Monitor quality, availability, performance, and technical KPIs. * Prepare documentation and presentations for stakeholders and management. * Promote engineering best practices, automation, and continuous improvement. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related field. * Solid experience in solutions engineering, software engineering, or solution architecture. * Proven experience leading technical teams. * Knowledge of cloud, APIs, microservices, databases, and integration. * Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent technologies. * Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and security. * Experience working with technical and business stakeholders or clients. * Proficiency with project management and documentation tools. * Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. * Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented profile. * Advanced English proficiency.
