We are seeking a DO and Training Manager for an important industrial company located in Mejillones, responsible for managing the organization's training programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving our growth under the "Great Place to Work" program. What will you do? **Coordinate Training:** Plan and execute regulatory and technical programs aimed at achieving 70% compliance with regulations by 2025. **Profile Assessment:** Collaborate with consulting firms to design customized training plans. **Indicator Management:** Monitor and manage key indicators related to employee development and onboarding of new staff. **Organizational Development:** Implement strategies that promote a positive workplace culture aligned with "Great Place to Work". **External Relations:** Efficiently coordinate with OTEC and OTIC to ensure the success of training programs. **Planning and Follow-up:** Ensure all actions are audited and documented in accordance with current regulations. Requirements Degree in Psychology, Engineering, HR, or Administration with a focus on OD. At least 5 years of experience in training and organizational development. Proficiency in Excel and desirable skills in Power BI. Proactive, autonomous, and strong teamwork skills. **Location:** Mejillones **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:30 to 17:30, and Friday until 14:00 hrs. Benefits Meals provided at the workplace.
