Job Summary: We are seeking a Contract Administrator to supervise and manage the execution of a concentrator plant contract, ensuring compliance with safety, schedule, and cost requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise contract administration and ensure proper service execution. 2. Lead and coordinate the fieldwork team. 3. Guarantee results in safety, occupational health, and environmental performance. We are currently recruiting a Contract Administrator for an important concentrator plant contract in the Antofagasta region. The primary responsibility will be to supervise contract administration and ensure proper service execution, guaranteeing compliance with safety, occupational health, environmental, schedule, and cost requirements; additionally, managing all contractual aspects, monitoring physical progress and costs, and reporting and correcting deviations from the plan. Key responsibilities include: * Manage and ensure contract compliance, responding promptly to user department requirements. * Monitor service schedule and costs, reporting and managing deviations. * Lead and coordinate the fieldwork team, covering technical, operational, administrative, and safety aspects. * Monitor and ensure compliance with project management indicators. * Guarantee results in safety, occupational health, environmental performance, and community relations, in accordance with corporate guidelines and applicable regulations. Requirements: * Civil Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, or Industrial Engineering. * A Master’s degree or postgraduate diploma in project management is desirable. * Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance services administration for concentrator plants (Mandatory).
