Job Summary: Finning is seeking a Programmer for Mining Services in Antofagasta, responsible for coordinating logistics for assembly, maintenance, and restoration projects of Cat equipment and improving management dashboards. Finning, a strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and a leader in equipment distribution and services, is seeking top talent to fulfill the role of **Programmer for Mining Services (Antofagasta)**, who will be responsible for the logistics area within the Mining Services Superintendency under the Services Management Division. This role is accountable for leading, facilitating, and/or advising on studies and/or execution of projects related to the management of Cat equipment assembly processes, as well as restoration projects for such equipment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for coordinating, through the Mining Services logistics area, all Cat equipment assembly, maintenance, and restoration projects concerning on-site support logistics, execution, and compliance. * Responsible for maintaining and improving the Management Dashboard of the Management Division, as well as controlling, recording, and updating the corresponding KPIs for this area. * Collaborate continuously with the SSMM logistics team, Project Managers, and Field Planners to ensure optimal availability and reliability of assembly, maintenance, and restoration projects. * Through their management, ensure that each assembly and restoration project meets its objectives on time, within budget, and to quality standards via high-quality logistics operations. * Responsible for executing, monitoring, and tracking management reports, followed by analysis to implement continuous process improvement within the area. * Assist in defining processes, methodologies, and standards. **Application Requirements:** * Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technician with at least 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of mining equipment, maintenance project planning, and logistics management in service companies. * Experience in equipment maintenance management, and in managing and controlling KPIs for mining equipment maintenance in service companies. * Residence in Antofagasta is desirable.
