Job Summary: Execute evaluation, diagnostic, maintenance, repair, and assembly activities for low- and medium-complexity equipment, ensuring quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Performs autonomous work on low- and medium-complexity equipment. 2. Supports service optimization and continuous improvement. 3. Ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations. **1\. General Purpose of the Position** Execute evaluation, diagnostic, maintenance, repair, assembly, and commissioning activities for low- and medium-complexity equipment in accordance with procedures and standards defined by KSB, contributing to the achievement of quality, safety, productivity, and service objectives, and ensuring proper execution of tasks both in the workshop and on-site. **2\. Position Responsibilities** **Technical Service Execution** * Perform autonomous work on low- and medium-complexity equipment according to instructions from supervisors, manuals, and established procedures. * Evaluate equipment using metrological control. * Diagnose, evaluate, assemble, and adjust equipment in accordance with procedures and technical specifications. * Carry out, with support as required, disassembly, assembly, and participation in commissioning of intervened equipment. * Ensure proper operation of intervened equipment. * Prepare technical reports on evaluation and assembly of assigned equipment. **Quality Management and Continuous Improvement** * Support service optimization through creation or improvement of work instructions, process documentation, and quality and safety checklists. * Participate in internal and external training activities defined by the company. * Contribute to meeting established quality standards for performed services. **Tool and Resource Management** * Correctly use and maintain assigned tools required to perform duties. * Inspect the condition of used tools and equipment, promptly reporting any deviations or conditions affecting their operation. * Use only company-authorized equipment, vehicles, and machinery for which appropriate training has been received. * Maintain order and cleanliness in workshop and/or field work areas. **Safety, Health, and Environment** * Comply with company-established safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations and policies. * Promote safe practices during execution of assigned activities. * Contribute to implementation of guidelines defined in the Integrated Management System (IMS). **5\. Position Requirements** **Education:** Secondary-level Technician or Professional Technician related to maintenance or industrial fields. **Work Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. **Specific Knowledge** * Basic knowledge of hydraulics. * Intermediate or advanced knowledge of mechanics. * Industrial safety standards. * Basic knowledge of fit and tolerance tables. * Basic knowledge of materials used. * Intermediate or advanced knowledge of metrology. * Interpretation of engineering drawings. * Basic use of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic instrumentation.
