Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading the administrative and contractual negotiation process related to the assigned contract.
Monitoring and tracking contract execution.
Acting as the authorized representative and sole point of contact with the client (principal).
Managing and supervising all resources within the contracted scope, ensuring effective management, execution, and progress of the service in terms of cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
Performing development and control functions related to safety and environmental aspects.
Coordinating necessary physical and human resources for project execution.
Ensuring achievement of production targets, certifications, safety, and other goals aligned with the company’s strategic planning.
Ensuring correct contract operation while minimizing lost time and/or unproductive man-hours (HH).
Implementing the company’s commercial and operational strategies.
Ensuring timely customer service, positioning the company as the strategic partner defined by its strategic plan.
Leading the work team toward compliance with company policies and strategies.
Generating accurate and timely information on actual performance across various disciplines: quarterly report on actual contract performance.
Monitoring operational performance and implementing improvement plans.
Guiding implementation of the Integrated Management System in contracts.
Achieving financial results based on the contract budget.
Promptly reporting safety, environmental, and quality issues; customer complaints; emergencies; and implementation or operational difficulties in contracts to the Project Manager and Technical Manager.
Full-time (100%) on-site availability and commitment are required.
**Candidate Requirements**
--------------------------
* Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification relevant to the position.
* \+ 5 years of professional experience as an administrator in construction and industrial assembly within the mining industry.
* Knowledge of Safety, Occupational Health, Operational Quality, and Labor Legislation.
* Knowledge of Strategic Planning, Project Control, Cost Control, and Management.
* Demonstrable experience in problem resolution.
* Strong leadership, people management, and time management skills.
* Excellent listening, questioning, and communication skills.
* Willingness to work in various regions.
