Additionally, monitor process variables, detect deviations, and contribute to operational stability and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and verify field process conditions according to operational indicators and established guidelines. * Perform preventive inspections and checks, identifying substandard conditions before and during operations. * Operate equipment and execute the work program defined by supervision, adhering to operational procedures and standards. * Control process variables, detect deviations, and implement corrective actions in the field. * Monitor equipment parameters in crushing, stacking, and leaching, promptly reporting anomalies. * Support crushing plant operations and coordinate with the control room. **Requirements** * Technical qualification at intermediate or higher level in Mining Plant Operations, Mining Processes, Mining, or related field (flexible based on experience). * Minimum 3 years of experience in mining plant operations or similar processes. * Knowledge of crushing, stacking, and leaching operations. * Certification for operating mining equipment (desirable). * Class B driver’s license with at least 2 years of validity. * Class D driver’s license with at least 1 year of validity. * Health compatible with the position. **Benefits and Conditions** * 7x7 shift system with on-site work. * On-site mode in mining operations. * Initial fixed-term contract, with potential conversion to indefinite term based on performance. * Join an operation strongly focused on safety, operational continuity, and productive efficiency.
