We are currently seeking a **Construction Supervisor** for a major mining project located in the Antofagasta region. **Conditions:** * Shift: 7x7 * Site: Puerto Coloso * Contract Type: Fixed-term. **Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise end-to-end execution of daily fieldwork, managing personnel, materials, equipment, and tools—ensuring safe conditions, adherence to operational procedures, and timely reporting to management on progress, status, and work closure, as well as identifying risks and proposing corrective actions. **Responsibilities:** * Thoroughly understand the client’s fluid transportation system installations, structures, areas, and equipment to ensure proper execution of maintenance and scheduled work. * Understand the maintenance strategy to plan and coordinate daily activities, verifying adherence to deadlines and targets. * Supervise and monitor work execution per established procedures, safety regulations, occupational risk prevention standards, and defined benchmarks. * Generate work notices and work orders according to operational requirements. * Prepare and deliver reports, technical documents, and presentations requested by the client regarding progress and results. * Execute and track assigned work orders from management. * Manage requisition, receipt, and distribution of materials and tools required for operations. * Supervise assigned personnel, coordinating tasks and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. * Ensure awareness of and compliance with documentation and requirements of the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Participate in planning and progress review meetings. * Monitor services and resources needed for execution of planned work. * Propose process and task improvements to foster continuous area improvement. * Support IMS implementation, operation, and continuous improvement. * Maintain up-to-date personnel documentation records (training courses, exams, certifications, and assignments). * Apply preventive safety tools and controls across all activities. * Report and correct deviations related to safety, health, quality, and environment. **Requirements:** * Mechanical Technician or related degree. * 5 years’ experience in Mining Projects or Engineering Construction. * Knowledge of Quality Management, Occupational Safety and Health, and Environmental Management. * Familiarity with Work Management and SAP.
