Our culture emphasizes work-life balance, professional development, global career opportunities, and an epic benefits package. **Join our team** If you are interested in maintenance and quality support, join our **Parts \& Service** team. **Your mission** Responsible person for recording progress of jobs scheduled by the Contract Administrator, administrative control of internal and external service orders, invoicing, control and management of purchase orders, maintaining corresponding statistical records. **What will be my responsibilities?*** Administer Service Orders in the BPCS system, including opening, tracking, and closing them. * Invoice service orders from contracts. * Consolidate, control, and report monthly contract billings. * Request supplier quotations. * Generate purchase orders to suppliers. * Design and implement tools to record and control contract expenses. * Manage the contract vehicle fleet. * Consolidate, control, and report bonuses, overtime, and allowances for contract personnel. * Consolidate, control, and report performance reports of contract drilling steel. * Open service orders for component repairs. * Invoice service orders for component repairs. * Provide customer quotations when applicable. * Prepare reports and complete tasks upon request from supervisors. * Comply with the company's SYSO and ISO standards. **The ideal candidate for this position:** * Technical or Administrative education, IP or CFT studies, or Industrial School diploma. * Proficiency in SAP (mandatory) * Must reside in Calama * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. * General administration knowledge. * Intermediate-level computer skills (Office). * Report writing ability. * Interpersonal communication skills. * Basic English desirable. * Teamwork capability. * Health suitable for fieldwork, high altitudes, and underground environments. * Class B driver's license. **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition and our cities and infrastructure must be developed to serve a growing population.
