Your responsibilities will include: Developing improvement projects using structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., DMAIC); Leading and/or planning process development, scaling up from bench-scale tests to pilot-scale and ultimately to commercial-scale implementation; Communicating effectively with key stakeholders involved in brine and other salt production at the Salar Plant; Providing technical support to Salar Plant operations and serving as a point of reference for problem resolution; Performing material balances associated with Salar Plant processes; Developing P&IDs, data sheets, and process specifications. Mandatory: Chemical Civil Engineer with over 5 years’ experience in chemical or industrial plants; Knowledge of material balances, process control, project development, and process equipment; Class B driver’s license.
