Solid knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software. **Job Description** As a Drafting Designer, you will be responsible for preparing and developing technical drawings and 3D models for design and engineering projects. You will use 2D and 3D modeling tools to ensure accuracy in design representation and collaborate closely with engineers to optimize outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our facilities in Antofagasta. **Requirements** * Solid proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating 2D and 3D technical drawings. * Experience interpreting technical drawings and design specifications. * Strong teamwork skills, effective communication, and a problem-solving orientation for technical issues. * Prior experience in construction or engineering projects, as well as related technical education, will be valued. * Experience in nesting and material utilization will be valued. Desirable: * Knowledge of point clouds and scanning. * Geomagic Design. * Advanced Excel. * Experience in volume calculations for projects related to the metal-mechanical industry.
