The professional will be responsible for managing and controlling projects from conception through to operational handover, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality, scope, and technical objectives set by the organization and the client. 1.- Main Responsibilities: a) Lead, coordinate, and comprehensively monitor initiatives and projects from the initial stage through to closure. b) Prepare vision documents, meeting minutes, and progress reports reflecting advancement, timelines, costs, productivity, and profitability. c) Administer and control the technical and financial execution of projects. d) Develop and implement risk management plans, identifying, evaluating, and controlling associated risks. e) Coordinate the human, material, and technical resources required to achieve project goals. f) Participate in pre-feasibility, feasibility, and engineering studies (conceptual and basic). g) Support project management with specialists from various disciplines, as required by the client. h) Conduct market analysis, technological benchmarking, and develop improvement proposals based on client needs. 2.- Requirements: a) Graduate Engineer or related degree. b) 1 or more years of experience in similar roles. c) Class B driver's license (light vehicle operation). d) Health condition compatible with the position. 3.- Position Conditions: • Work location: As assigned per project. • Working hours: Full-time. • Salary: Market-competitive, commensurate with candidate’s experience. • Corporate benefits and opportunities for professional development.
