Job Description As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in procurement and supply management, guaranteeing that all user departments receive the necessary supplies, products, and services in a timely and appropriate manner. Responsibilities * Execute routine and additional purchase orders and requirements from various user departments regarding supplies, products, and services. * Contact suppliers to obtain information on the status of purchases made. * Ensure the complete execution of the procurement process for goods and services at your site. * Coordinate technical meetings and training sessions with material suppliers. * Prepare quotations and issue purchase orders as requested by the Operations Department. Requirements * Residence in the city of Antofagasta. * Higher Technical Education in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Availability to work Monday through Friday during office hours (08:30–18:30 hrs Monday to Thursday, and until 17:15 hrs on Friday). * Availability to go onsite when required.
