Main Responsibilities * Minor electrical maintenance in low-voltage installations. * Replacement and repair of outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures. * Basic inspection of electrical circuits. * Support in general building maintenance (handyman). * Knowledge of welding, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc. * Compliance with safety regulations and use of PPE. * Handling requests from offices and common areas. Requirements * **Valid SEC Class D certification (mandatory)**. * Previous experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Technician. * Knowledge of corporate building maintenance.
