




Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Assistant to log incidents and coordinate event logistics at a major banking institution. Key Points: 1. Handles user inquiries and centralizes user complaints. **At Progesys**, specialists in personnel selection, we are looking for a **General Services Assistant** to log incidents in the requirements management systems of a major banking institution. **Main Responsibilities:** * Verify proper execution of cleaning services, multifunctional services, maintenance of water purifier machines, and recycling. * Conduct daily inspections of all building or assigned area facilities (offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, staircases, elevators, etc.). * Log incidents in requirements management systems or request replacement or repair actions from service responsible parties. * Address general inquiries and route them to the appropriate department. * Centralize user complaints with resolution units. * Coordinate and support logistics for events held in common areas. * Monitor the condition of common areas. * Inform users about progress in resolving their requested requirements, focusing on quality service, secure responses, or identifying solutions to achieve the objective. * Coordinate with the security team to ensure immediate response to any risk situation. **Requirements:** * Higher technical or professional degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience as a General Services Assistant. * Advanced Excel skills and data analysis knowledge. * Organization and planning skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment. **Conditions:** * Fixed-term contract for replacement purposes. * Schedule: Monday to Thursday 08:50–17:00 / Friday 08:50–16:10. * On-site work modality. * Market-aligned salary. * Benefits.
