What we expect from you: Lead and verify drilling and blasting team activities and functions to achieve shift production targets within the required performance level according to established procedures and instructions\. Requirements\. Civil Mining Engineering degree (Mandatory)\. Minimum 5 years of experience in open-pit mining (Mandatory)\. Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership or supervisory roles in blasting areas (Mandatory)\. Knowledge of explosives and current regulations (Mandatory)\. Knowledge of drilling equipment (Mandatory)\. Blasting programmer calculator license (Mandatory)\. Proficiency in Vulcan software (Mandatory)\. Intermediate level Office software skills (Mandatory)\. Class B driver's license (Mandatory)\. Knowledge of continuous improvement methods (Desirable)\. Knowledge of loading and hauling, drilling and blasting, mine services processes (Desirable)\. Experience with provisioning and Dispatch systems (Desirable)\.
