




Job Description At Konecranes we continue to grow, and at this time we are looking for a Field Manager for the city of Antofagasta, who will be responsible for: Directing and supervising field operations, ensuring timely supply of materials, as well as being responsible for meeting budgetary goals on time, quality, and resources. Your Responsibilities: * Communicate, apply, and disseminate applicable safety standards to assigned workers. * Inform assigned personnel about fixed, mobile platforms and/or scaffolding. * Supervise and control all field personnel. * Disseminate work instructions and procedures to all assigned personnel. * Inform assigned personnel about aspects of subordination and dependency. * Communicate information about the green card to assigned personnel. * Monitor proper execution of work, ensuring occupational health and safety, quality, environmental protection, and positive interpersonal relationships within work teams. * Verify full compliance with safety requirements in the field. * Review service reports thoroughly before delivering them to the scheduler. * Attend meetings required by the client's management. * Correct and promptly report any deficiencies detected during the service process. * Conduct internal training and informational meetings with your team. * Continuously evaluate assigned personnel. * Other duties related to the position. Requirements What are we looking for? * Hold a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). * Class B driver's license. * Knowledge of overhead cranes (desirable). * Physical and geographical height examination. * 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance. * 3 years of experience as a supervisor. * Reside in the city of Antofagasta.
