We invite you to join our team! ### **Position Objective** Lead projects by applying engineering processes, practices, and standards to optimize service delivery, ensuring correct and consistent implementation in scope, timeline, and methodology. ### **Key Functions and Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with contractual technical specifications. * Coordinate with the client’s technical stakeholders (including site openings and fieldwork execution). * Manage and track MOP/Changes: change control (CHG), technical approvals, and associated documentation updates. * Administer technical resources (Tecman/Owner), controlling projected costs and technical schedule milestones. * Define scopes and support technical procurement processes (RFI/RFQ), technical evaluation, service activation, administration, and closure. * Lead technical workshops (SiD, HAZOP, constructability, commissioning/PEM; MoC, SPMF, TEF). * Define deliverables, document control, and technical documentation management (reviews, transmittals, coordination with document management platforms). * Ensure project technical cybersecurity (internal and external). * Perform field engineering during construction/commissioning/PEM for changes and technical issue resolution up to startup. * Define KPIs, measure Performance Factor (PF), and ensure consistency between man-hours (HH) and service progress. * Lead technical coordination, resource planning and control; support audits; shift logistics; RFI management. ### **Key Position Activities** * Ensure compliance with contractual technical specifications and coordinate site openings/field activities with the client. * Manage MOP/Change: change control (CHG), technical approvals, and associated documentation updates. * Administer technical resources and control projected costs and technical schedule milestones. * Define scopes and support technical procurement processes (RFI/RFQ), technical evaluation, service activation, administration, and closure. * Lead technical workshops (SiD, HAZOP, constructability, commissioning/PEM; MoC, SPMF, TEF). * Manage deliverables and document control (reviews, transmittals, and coordination with document management platforms). * Ensure project technical cybersecurity (internal and external). * Execute field engineering during construction/commissioning/PEM to resolve changes and technical issues up to startup. * Define KPIs, measure Performance Factor (PF), and ensure consistency between man-hours (HH) and service progress. * Coordinate resource planning and control, support audits, shift logistics, and RFI management. * Operate company vehicle and maintain it in safe and operational condition. ### **Profile Requirements (Mandatory)** **Education** * Professional degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automatic Control, Telecommunications, or related field). **Experience** * 3 years of project management experience in construction/engineering/telecom, ideally involving interaction with clients and subcontractors. **Training / Knowledge** * Additional training in project management, quality management, and occupational health and safety. * Knowledge of resource management and ISO quality/environmental standards. * Proficiency in TECMAN’s and the Client’s Integrated Management System (IMS); operational/functional and regulatory knowledge of the Client. **Mandatory Courses** * Defensive driving (theoretical–practical). * Transportation regulations test. * Fatigue and drowsiness course + applicability certificate.
