What we expect from you: Lead and verify safety and production activities of the mine operations team during your shift to achieve compliance with safety programs, asset care, and shift production plans, meeting required performance levels according to established regulations, procedures, standards, and instructions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mining Civil Engineering or Industrial Mining Engineering (mandatory). Experience in open-pit mining operations (mandatory). Knowledge of continuous improvement methods (mandatory). Knowledge of loading and hauling processes, drilling and blasting, mine services (mandatory). Knowledge of fleet management systems (mandatory). Explosives handling license (desirable). 3 to 5 years of experience in the position (desirable).
