At FCAB, a leading railway transportation company, we are looking for a Risk Prevention Advisor to join our operations in Antofagasta through a contract managed by Workmate. Your role will be fundamental in ensuring the safety of our transportation processes, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a self-care culture in a dynamic, high-operational-demand environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement and supervise field-based risk prevention programs. * Advise management personnel in hazard identification and risk assessment. * Conduct inspections, audits, and ongoing staff training. **Desired Profile** ------------------ We seek a professional with strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and excellent communication skills to lead safety on our routes and operational sites. * Education: Degree in Risk Prevention Engineering (with valid SNS registration). * Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in this field (Mandatory). * Sector Knowledge: Prior experience (ideally) in Transportation or Logistics companies. * Residence: Antofagasta.
