Position: Programmer \- La Negra Assembly \- Shift Work Purpose of the Position: * Develop and oversee short-term project planning for the organization, in accordance with HSE regulations and based on work procedure execution, to ensure projects are completed within client-specified timelines and meet the company's quality and safety standards. Main Responsibilities: * Monitor and execute weekly planning. * Ensure availability of all resources committed in work plans. * Coordinate Input Services, Transportation, Support Equipment, Personnel, and External Services. * Coordinate with supervisors regarding plan development and correct execution. * Monitor receipt and dispatch of spare parts and components. * Perform daily planning (Hour-by-Hour Gantt Chart). * Prepare daily reports including general project data, daily activities performed, deviations occurred (including cause and impact on the project), S-Curve, etc. * Update OPEX board information. * Maintain the project logbook up to date. * Maintain confidentiality of information handled in the course of work to safeguard the company's image and reputation. Knowledge of: * Electrical/Electronic Systems. * Mechanical/Hydraulic/Pneumatic Systems. * Blueprint Interpretation/Metrology/Machinery/Tools. * Proficiency in Office/Project software. * English, basic level (spoken and written).
