At **DaVita Kidney Care**, a multinational company specializing in delivering treatment to patients with kidney failure, we are seeking our next **Administrative Supervisor** for our dialysis centers in the Fourth Region. **The purpose of this position is:** To supervise internal procedures at assigned dialysis centers, ensuring control and efficiency of administrative operational processes, in accordance with DaVita’s quality policies, objectives, and corporate guidelines. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Supervising and controlling patient admissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. * Managing collection letters and co-payments for treatments of patients without AUGE coverage. * Supervising patient assignment by shift, optimizing care delivery and operational timing. * Auditing and controlling HR documentation. * Managing warehouse inventory, orders, and supplies required by the center, ensuring operational continuity. * Controlling and validating requests for clinical supplies (RIC) and other supplies (ROI). * Supervising and controlling efficient use of patient transportation. * Controlling and approving center invoices.
