Responsibilities * Distribute and assign operational tasks related to the food service production process at the Site. * Supervise and verify delivery of procedures, documents, and safety and quality briefings as defined. * Supervise and verify implementation of quality manuals throughout the food service operational process. * Ensure documentation, information, and work equipment are delivered in accordance with defined procedures and deadlines. * Maintain compliance with standards and procedures. Requirements * One year of experience in casinos. * Culinary knowledge, quality procedures, and risk prevention. * Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. * Availability to work rotating shifts Monday through Friday.
