This opportunity is for you! ### **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Work schedule distributed under a 4x4 system. * Indefinite-term contract from day one. * Guidance and support throughout the application process and immigration procedures. ### **Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate the team's operational activities. * Supervise the team's daily fieldwork, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Ensure proper use of forestry machinery and tools, promoting safety in all operations. * Manage necessary material and logistical resources for operations (fuel, supplies, spare parts). * Monitor plantation conditions, identifying needs and proposing improvements. * Prepare progress reports and communicate results to management, ensuring efficient operations. * Perform duties inherent to the position. ### **What We Are Looking For:** * Minimum 5 years of prior experience leading teams in productive operations. * Technical training or demonstrable experience in forestry or agricultural fields. * Knowledge of machinery operation and occupational safety. * Strong organizational, leadership, and on-site problem-solving skills. * Willingness to reside/work in Spain.
