This position will be employed by OTIC Proforma and will provide services exclusively to Echeverría Izquierdo. **Responsibilities:** * Administer training programs (e.g., workshops, seminars) for employees across different departments, performing tasks such as overall planning, delivering training sessions, recording attendance and training outcomes, evaluating results, and identifying opportunities for improvement, etc. * Design training programs, performing tasks such as needs assessment, market research, defining the training plan, reviewing and validating final materials, evaluating outcomes, etc. * Maintain up-to-date performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement within training programs. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience in the Training field. * Solid knowledge of tax franchise. * Proficiency in Excel.
