Position Objective To provide initial support and basic labor orientation to OMIL users, distinguishing employment opportunities, employability, and/or referrals to services both within and outside the municipality. Main responsibilities: a) Provide labor market orientation to all users requiring information about occupational characteristics and occupational profiles with higher local employability, in a simple and easily understandable manner. b) Deliver basic career guidance to users, covering various employability tools such as curriculum vitae preparation, job search techniques, and job interviews, among others, using labor orientation materials provided by SENCE. c) Other responsibilities detailed in the competition terms. II. Requirements a) A Social Sciences professional holding a degree from a state university or one officially recognized by the state, requiring at least eight semesters of study. Field of study: Social Sciences, Administration, Administrative Sub-Fields, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Philosophy, Social Work, Public Management, Social Policy, and Administration. b) One year of experience in a similar position. c) Training courses in public employment policies, labor markets, local economic development, or related areas.
