To better face these challenges, you need: * To provide on-site technical support to users of applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes) within the organization. * To collaborate with network services, software systems engineers, or application development teams to restore services or identify issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** Must have: * Technical degree completed in Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * ITIL Foundation knowledge (desirable but not mandatory) * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (desirable) * Minimum 1 year of experience * Technical knowledge of hardware. * Basic knowledge of MS Office 2016 or later. * Knowledge of Ticket Management Tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, * Proactivanet, etc). * Support for the entire PC fleet and peripherals (pin pad – ticket printers – etc) * On-site resolution of hardware and software incidents * Support for incidents related to base software * Preparation, installation, configuration, and replacement of computing equipment * Equipment cloning, user data backup * Equipment customization and data restoration * Preparation of equipment for delivery to vendors and end users * First-line support for printers. * Preparation, installation, configuration, and replacement of computing equipment due to equipment anomalies.
