




Job Summary: We are seeking a People Administrator to ensure compliance with company policies and support HR processes, while providing assistance to workers on labor-related matters and benefits. Update personnel files and manage absenteeism **Viggo, Strength in Motion**, a leading provider of corporate employee transportation services—specialized in mining operations and industrial sectors—is currently seeking a **People Administrator (Pre- and Post-Natal Leave Replacement)** for its headquarters in **Concepción**. **Position Objective:** Ensure proper compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as meet the expectations of internal and external customers in alignment with current legal requirements; to this end, the role must support the execution of various People Department processes required by the assigned agency’s labor needs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the delivery of benefits to workers, including allocation of Compensation Funds, vacation bonuses, requests for social worker assistance, transportation allowances, etc. * Periodically update both physical and digital personnel files. * Actively participate in collecting weekly information requested by your supervisor to process monthly contract certifications for site assignments, enabling timely and accurate submission to clients and preventing EDP payment withholdings. * Manage and report daily staff absenteeism, process medical leaves, register them in Buk, notify your direct supervisor, report to Santiago, and record them in the attendance log. * Support procedures requested by your supervisor, such as: final settlement confirmations, submission of information to the Labor Inspection Authority (IDT), Compensation Fund procedures, etc. * Actively participate in collecting weekly information requested by your supervisor to provide to internal or external clients for labor audits. * Provide continuous support to our workers, advising them on labor-related topics—including payroll settlements, benefits, overtime payments, attendance records, etc.—for our internal clients. * Other duties as assigned. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Human Resources or a related field * 1–2 years of relevant experience **Offered Benefits:** * Vacation bonus * National Holidays and Christmas bonuses * Supplementary health insurance * Compensation Fund benefits * Professional development opportunities * Job stability ***In accordance with Law No. 21.015 and Law No. 21.275, Viggo promotes the labor inclusion of persons with disabilities and guarantees equal opportunity throughout its selection processes.***
