Manage vehicles received for preventive maintenance or major repairs. Ensure vehicle deliveries are made within agreed timeframes with all work completed. Contact customers to inform them about vehicle pickups. Personally deliver the vehicle, explaining details of the repairs or maintenance performed. Create work orders and manage all related documentation. Review and close work orders assigned under your code.
