**Location:** Remote (Santiago, Chile\-based) **Pay Rate:** Monthly rate of USD $18\-23 usd/hr gross **Summary:** Responsible for the configuration, design, and support of the Kneat electronic validation system as a standalone platform. This role requires deep expertise in Kneat configuration, design architecture, and validation processes, with a strong focus on discipline\-based templates, process mapping, and documentation. The role also serves as a subject matter expert and trainer for site power users, ensuring compliant and efficient use of Kneat across regulated environments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Configure and maintain Kneat as a standalone electronic validation system across multiple disciplines * Design, configure, and optimize discipline\-specific templates in Kneat * Develop and maintain Kneat design architecture, ensuring scalability, compliance, and usability * Map business and validation processes into Kneat workflows and configuration models * Support validation activities, including creation and maintenance of validation documentation by discipline * Ensure compliance with validation standards (e.g., CSV, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, as applicable) * Act as a Kneat configuration subject matter expert, providing guidance and best practices * Conduct Kneat Power User training and support onboarding of site\-level power users (certification required) * Collaborate with validation, quality, and IT teams to support deployment and continuous improvement * Troubleshoot system and configuration issues related to Kneat workflows and templates **Qualifications:** * Strong hands\-on experience with Kneat configuration and process mapping * Deep understanding of Kneat design architecture * Proven experience configuring discipline\-specific templates in Kneat * Solid knowledge of validation lifecycle and validation documentation requirements * Experience supporting regulated environments and electronic validation systems * Certified to perform Kneat Power User training * Strong documentation and communication skills * SQL (preferred) * Oracle (preferred) * Strong written and verbal English (required) * Experience with US/EU companies (preferred) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $17,083 \- $21,297 per hour Application Question(s): * This role requires excellent English skills, as it will be performed primarily in English.
