R\&Q Ingeniería, an Engineering and Projects company with over 45 years of experience, is seeking a **BIM Coordinator** to join an important bidding process for a concession construction project! In Angol, Araucanía Region **Estimated duration of the contract to be bid: 36 months.** For this, we require: * A professional with a degree in civil engineering, civil works engineering, construction engineering, civil construction, or architecture. * 5 years of professional experience in their field. * 2 years of professional experience in engineering projects working as a design coordinator and/or specialist integrator applying BIM systems. * Preferably with at least 1 project in concession roadworks, which must be certified where BIM tools were applied (company certificate). Responsibilities: * Support the control and monitoring of construction progress according to final designs, and ensure adherence to advancement timelines and construction schedules (BIM 4D). * Assist the Fiscal Inspection in controlling and monitoring compliance with the Concession Contract regarding project development, especially in relation to the implementation and operation of the BIM platform. * Review coordination and modeling of final designs, identifying and providing early alerts about potential conflicts arising in each. * Support AIF professionals in using the BIM platform implemented by the Concessionaire, so that project review, control, monitoring, definition of works, and final designs for various specialties are carried out within the platform. * Due to the nature of these functions, participation throughout the entire Advisory period is required. **Desired Profile** ------------------ * A professional with a degree in civil engineering, civil works engineering, construction engineering, civil construction, or architecture. * 5 years of professional experience in their field. * 2 years of professional experience in engineering projects working as a design coordinator and/or specialist integrator applying BIM systems. * Preferably with at least 1 project in concession roadworks, which must be certified where BIM tools were applied (company certificate).
