R\&Q Engineering, an engineering and projects company with over 45 years of experience, is seeking a **Skilled Laborers and Assistant Staff** to join an important bidding process for a concession construction project! In Angol, Araucanía Region **Estimated duration of the contract to be bid: 36 months.** For this, we require a: * Graduate professional holding a degree as Civil Engineer or Civil Engineer in Civil Works. * With 10 years of professional experience (Only compliance with the minimum required years of professional experience will be evaluated; any additional years beyond this minimum requirement will not be considered for evaluation purposes). * With 3 years of experience as a professional in charge of construction of road infrastructure projects, technical inspection of road infrastructure works (including railway lines), or a combination thereof. * 4 years of experience in concession contracts. * 3 years of experience in leadership roles managing teams of professionals. * Experience in construction or technical inspection of a bridge with a minimum length of 80 meters, built in Chile. * Valid class B driver's license, which must be attached as a simple photocopy on both sides. Main Functions and Responsibilities: * Will be directly responsible for compliance with these Additional Annexes of Administrative Bases, including their objectives, activities, coordination, and obligations. * Will represent the Advisory team before the MOP (Ministry of Public Works). * Will act as the counterpart to the fiscal inspector of the advisory contract and assist him in all instances and areas as determined within the framework of the concession contract and this advisory service. * Will be responsible for balancing the workload of the concession contract by assisting the fiscal inspector in task prioritization. * Will be responsible for coordination among all work teams of the advisory. * Will be directly responsible for supervising the advisory's work. * Will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling, and ensuring the execution of various activities of personnel and allocation of advisory resources. * Will be responsible for all contractual aspects of the advisory, particularly payment statements and generation of necessary documentation required by the MOP Concessions Directorate during the contract settlement process, among others. * Due to the nature of the role, full-time dedication throughout the entire advisory period is required. **Desired Profile** ------------------ * Graduate professional holding a degree as Civil Engineer or Civil Engineer in Civil Works. * With 10 years of professional experience (Only compliance with the minimum required years of professional experience will be evaluated; any additional years beyond this minimum requirement will not be considered for evaluation purposes). * With 3 years of experience as a professional in charge of construction of road infrastructure projects, technical inspection of road infrastructure works (including railway lines), or a combination thereof. * 4 years of experience in concession contracts. * 3 years of experience in leadership roles managing teams of professionals. * Experience in construction or technical inspection of a bridge with a minimum length of 80 meters, built in Chile. * Valid class B driver's license, which must be attached as a simple photocopy on both sides.
