Coordinate and supervise shift operations at the plant We seek individuals with experience leading operational teams in productive environments, capable of coordinating daily execution, safeguarding compliance with standards, and ensuring operational continuity of the shift. **Key Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Coordinate and supervise shift operations at the process plant. * Lead work teams, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to scheduling. * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and occupational health and safety standards. * Maintain operational continuity in response to process-related contingencies. * Coordinate with various departments involved in operations. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience in supervisory or leadership roles in process plants, preferably in the salmon industry. * Availability to work in Ancud. * Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule. * Leadership, organizational, and operational problem-solving capabilities.
