What will you do in our team? As a Multiskill Operator, you will be a key member in the efficient operation and management of the plant, ensuring timely supply, controlling raw materials, and maintaining the plant and equipment in operational condition. Your work will be essential to guarantee production aligned with the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental protection. What will be your main challenges? \- Operate the concrete plant following our internal procedures. \- Conduct moisture measurements. \- Monitor cones and perform checklists for trucks and the plant. \- Calibrate scales and manage the entry and exit of raw material transport vehicles. \- Handle relevant documentation (Dispatch Guides, Pumping Reports, Laboratory Tickets, among others). \- Schedule and modify dispatch programs. \- Maintain cleanliness and order at the concrete plant (Housekeeping). \- If holding a valid driver’s license and/or certification, you may operate mobile equipment. \- Fulfill other functions and responsibilities defined in our Quality Management System. Minimum requirements: \- Completed secondary education. \- Desired experience: 2 years in a concrete plant. \- Class D Driver’s License. \- Flexible working hours.
