**We are looking for our next Maintenance Planner at MultiSea!** At MultiSea, we are seeking a **Maintenance Planner** to play a key role in the operational continuity of our fish farms. We are looking for an analytical, organized individual with strong management skills to ensure that every piece of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure operates safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. ### **Your main responsibilities will be:** * **Plan and schedule** preventive and corrective maintenance for fish farm equipment and infrastructure. * **Ensure spare parts availability** by managing inventories and maintaining updated **critical stocks**. * **Control operational costs** related to maintenance and machinery usage. * Manage and monitor **operational KPIs**, reporting progress and improvement opportunities. * Develop and maintain reports using tools such as **Power BI**. * Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure operational continuity. ### **Job requirements:** * Professional background in Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Industrial Civil Engineering, etc. * Previous experience in maintenance planning (ideally in productive or aquaculture industries). * Proficiency with management tools (Excel, Power BI). * Knowledge in inventory management and spare parts control. ### **What we offer:** * The opportunity to join a leading company in the salmon industry. * Transportation within Puerto Montt and nearby areas. * On-site meals. * Real opportunities for growth and internal development. * A collaborative work environment focused on safety.
