At Chilexpress, we are currently seeking a **Retail Supervisor (Ancud/Chiloé Macro-Region)**, responsible for leading commercial, customer service, and operational management of company-owned, external, and franchised offices within their territory. We seek a candidate with a strong commercial focus, proven on-site leadership, and the ability to manage business metrics—driving achievement of sales targets, productivity goals, and customer experience objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Fully lead the assigned macro-region, prioritizing offices based on revenue impact, margin, and operational risk. * Drive territorial commercial growth by promoting campaigns, cross-selling services, and identifying new local expansion opportunities. * Manage sales operations and customer service at commercial offices within the zone, ensuring adherence to operational standards. * Ensure achievement of commercial targets, productivity indicators, and customer experience KPIs (NPS, complaints, service levels). * Design and implement action plans for underperforming offices, correcting deviations and ensuring sustainable improvement. * Monitor and manage critical business indicators using dashboards, reporting tools, and Excel-based analysis. * Efficiently administer territorial resources, ensuring proper operation, brand image, and infrastructure maintenance across offices. * Lead and develop direct reports (office managers and/or commercial operators), setting clear objectives and conducting systematic follow-up. * Maintain direct and ongoing relationships with franchisees and key network stakeholders through regular on-site visits. **Education and/or Experience:** * Technical or university degree in Commercial Engineering, or Executive Engineering in Business Administration. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably in retail or commercial office management. * Proven experience in retail, mass consumption, gas stations, fast food, banking, or other network-based service industries is mandatory. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience managing performance indicators, management control, and KPI design. * CRM software proficiency and accounting knowledge are desirable. * Experience managing franchisees or decentralized structures is desirable. **Working Conditions:** * Work Location: Commercial offices – Ancud–Chiloé. * Work Mode: In-person. * On-site Work: Frequent and prioritized within the assigned territory. * Working Hours: Article 22\. * Personal mobility (own vehicle preferred). **Desired Profile** ------------------ * Strong results orientation. * Leadership and influence over decentralized teams. * High analytical capability and data-driven decision-making. * Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to prioritize at the territorial level. * Customer orientation and focus on operational excellence. * Negotiation skills and ability to manage commercial relationships.
