YOUR IMPACT
You will be based in our Santiago office as part of the Talent Attraction team in Spanish Latin America. During your internship, you will gain exposure to McKinsey’s recruiting practices, tools and knowledge, working closely with experienced recruiting professionals and a broad group of stakeholders across the region.
You will support our Campus talent acquisition efforts and collaborate with team members and senior leadership to help execute our recruiting strategy.
You will support a variety of recruiting activities across the candidate lifecycle. This includes helping coordinate sourcing efforts, managing candidate communications, scheduling interviews, preparing materials, and assisting with candidate evaluations. You will ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will help maintain accurate tracking of pipelines and recruiting data, prepare reports for leadership, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. You may also support special projects related to recruiting operations, employer branding, analytics, or candidate engagement initiatives.
Throughout your internship, you will develop a strong understanding of our recruiting processes while strengthening your communication, coordination and project\-management skills.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* University student pursuing a degree in Psychology, Communications, Business Administration or a related field, with an expected graduation date in 2027
* Interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition or HR
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment
* Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
* 6\-month availability, with the possibility of a 6\-month extension
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* English proficiency (written and spoken) required
